It was founded in 1979 in Monterrey N.L. by a visionary entrepreneur with the purpose of designing and manufacturing dies and tool repair, in a few years he had the opportunity to manufacture a wide variety of die cut products such as: clips, clamps, shims (for automotive suspension), body parts, design of tools such as: dies, gages, bolts and machinery components.

In July 1997 it became a Public Limited Company with Variable Capital to meet the requirements of our clients.
